Cancellation Policy: for Private Table Tennis Coaching (1-to-1 lessons)

At Tune Table Tennis, we want to provide the best coaching experience for everyone. To help us manage our schedule and serve all our clients well, we have the following cancellation policy:

1. Give Us 24 Hours' Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your coaching session, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. This gives us a chance to offer your spot to someone else.

2. Cancellation Fees:

• First Cancellation with Less Than 24 Hours' Notice: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, you will be charged 50% of the session fee.

• Further Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours' Notice: For any more last-minute cancellations, you will be charged 100% of the session fee.

3. No-Show Fee: If you don't show up for your session without telling us in advance, you'll be charged the full session fee.

4. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule a session, contact us at least 24 hours before your session. You can reach us by contacting your private coach directly.

5. Why This Policy Is Important: This policy helps us ensure that our coaches’ time is respected and valued and allows us to offer coaching to other clients who are on our waiting list. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
