Players are initially sorted into the appropriate squad based on their current playing level.
Students from any school in Auckland come to train and improve together.
Committed adults are welcome too!
Players wanting to join these group coaching sessions are usually those who are wanting to get better primarily for inter-school competition, corporate competition or amongst their peers.
Each Group Coaching session is divided into two halves:
1st half: Technical skills training
2nd half: Strategy and match training
